While it is uncommon for conventional transactions, we provide the option of concluding sales through Auction. This method allows for an immediate sale, with contracts signed as soon as the hammer falls. Another commonly used alternative sale option is Informal Tender. We recommend considering this option to maximize the value of properties with strong developer interest, such as building plots, small development sites, and farmyard or barn conversions. Through Informal Tender, it is possible to secure premium prices, as interested parties have a special opportunity to submit their "Best & Final Offer" without knowledge of any competing bids.
